In 2003, Tracy joined the Morningstar Fellowship of Ministries after undergoing an in-depth application and interview process.  After four years together and another round of applications, interviews, and scrutiny, Tracy was ordained by Rick Joyner and the Morningstar Leadership Team in 2007 where she is actively involved with the Morningstar Fellowship of Ministries.

In deepening her ties through ordination, Tracy was choosing Morningstar as her "family" of ministry, because this is the place and the people to whom the Lord has called her to unite, and Morningstar was saying, "Yes, this is one of our own."  We will support and strengthen one another through prayer and relationship while respecting the "parental" role of Morningstar.  Morningstar is like the parent of an adult child.  They are there for advice, counsel, and accountability, but ultimately Tracy and Manifest Ministries are free to direct their own day-to-day affairs, unless those affairs breach the integrity of our Lord.  As a family, we have agreed to stand behind one another, through good times and bad.  We hope this kind of commitment will mean more good times than bad as we are able to help one another through whatever may come.

Morningstar Fellowship of Ministries provides relationship, accountability and opportunity for growth, fellowship, and unity with fellow ministers and ministries around the world.
